Primary Goal: ‘To bring our Team Brand DNA to life’
Now that you have clearly defined your Team Brand DNA, it’s valuable to consider how you can share it, amplify it, and then demonstrate it – to benefit you, your team, the wider organisation, and all of your stakeholders.
Following our recent workshop, this second survey is designed to start building that process, and is in three parts:
1. Where?
You have the chance to vote again for the areas you believe are the best opportunities to apply your team brand.
2. How?
We then ask you to make specific suggestions for how you can demonstrate your team values, based on the areas you have already prioritised. The more suggestions the better!
3. Who?
Now that you have precisely defined your stakeholder groups, we’d like you to make specific suggestions as to how you might improve or optimise your engagements and interactions with them. Again, as many ideas and suggestions as possible please!
You can save your progress at any time by pressing the save button which will appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Your response is anonymous, and please feel free to save, leave and then return to the survey (using your password) if you’d like more thinking time. We’d like you to complete the survey by 12:00 (GMT) on Wednesday August 17.
